We take our cue from you the Client, so each project is tailored to meet your needs. The practise was established in 2005 and is based in Exmouth, serving a large area within the South West. We also have projects throughout the UK, as well as selected projects abroad. We currently have over 35 years of experience providing a comprehensive range of expertise from surveying to project management. We can lead you through the building process, from inception through to completion and have a comprehensive portfolio of Residential (new dwellings, extensions and conversions), Commercial Developments, Industrial Units, Educational Sector, Nursing Homes, Conservation and Listed Building projects. Some examples of these are shown on this web site. A lot of our work arrives via referrals, which we feel is a testament to the quality of our work. We strive to maintain and improve our reputation with each of our Clients as well as the Local Authorities. Our designs have been recognised by being featured on television, displayed in some of the leading building magazines and recently one of our designs has been awarded. We endeavour to develop a friendly professional service and we hope that you will feel free to come down to the practice to discuss your current or any future projects. Experience We have been involved in approximately 250 varied domestic, commercial / industrial and educational projects based mainly within the South of England, but we have worked on projects in the whole of the United Kingdom as well as Ireland and France. Surveying On the surveying side of the business, we have been involved in surveying domestic houses, office blocks, warehouses and listed buildings including a castle. When the structure has been surveyed we can produce plans for Land Registry, Concept Design, Planning and Building Regulations Permission. Currently we are investing time and equipment to allow us to undertake full land surveys. Domestic Dwellings These comprise of bespoke houses with a market value of up to £1,250,000, housing estates, blocks of flats / flat conversions and extensions. Commercial / Industrial On the commercial side of the business, we have been involved in designing restaurants, wine bars, new supermarkets, office blocks and warehouses. Educational We have helped a local Primary School with a new vehicle and pedestrian entrance to reduce the risk of accidents outside the school gates. We have also been involved in two new class room designs.
